Overview
Fiskars Group underwent a replatforming and redesign of 6 of their e-commerce brands; Fiskars, Gerber, Waterford, Wedgwood, Royal Dalton and Royal Albert. My role in the project was to create a global component library for these sites using an atomic design methodology.
The overall UX of the sites were to remain as similar as possible while the branding of each was to be given a refresh and applied to each of the templates.
The process starting at mapping out the main components needed for each template, then adding the component details, content and finally the user interface layer for each brand.
