Lyst

2019 - Present

I Joined Lyst as a freelancer in 2018 and after returning again in 2019 quickly made the decision to take a permanent role to grow my experience in design strategy and management. Since then I have progressed to design lead and then senior design manager looking after two senior reports. My role at Lyst within the design chapter has evolved into being a user interface and design system stakeholder within the team, owning that part of the product to maintain quality and consistency.

Since being at Lyst I have been the lead designer in the App-core team, responsibilities being to progress the core search experience to one that achieves parity with other successful e-commerce platforms. Designing a content driven initiative that allows users to create their own lists and save other brands and influencer content as well as being part of the end to end experience in designing the new Designer Profile page, an opportunity to solve both business and user problems in one design output.
